Rich Peoplelet us make you richer

Dating rich men to enjoy financial wealth is a very common thing to do. Most girls will choose a rich and nice guy over a poor yet nicer guy for the security the rich man can provide. It is the dream of a girl, and the envy of countless others, to live a life of abundance simply by marrying a rich man and sharing his wealth. There are some points that girls take note of when trying to accomplish such a aim.

Paying attention to dress sense is important. Rich people enjoy finer stuff, and that includes clothing. A girl who always dresses well form a good impression on any man, rich or otherwise. It will be better to wear a fragrance too. Check your hair and dress before the date and be ready to impress.

Speak gently, ladylike. Be as gentle as possible in behaviour and do not argue with him in presence of other people. All men like their date to be gentle. A loudmouth in the company of the mans’ friends is sure to put off any men. If you are really a loudmouth, at least pretend you are not.

Keep your opinions unheard, your thoughts unspoken. Men desires respect and if the respect is ruined by the stronger and smarter perspective of the date, the man will be crushed. So will the relationship. No man likes to be shown that he is less intelligent than any one else, especially the girl he is going out with. If you make him feel bad about himself in one date, you will never get another date.

Do not try to get him to commit himself at any early stage. Relationships takes time to grow and men just don’t like commitments until they feel they are ready. Asking for marriage too soon will be a strain on the relationship. When meeting with his family, you can give them a good impression by being polite and sweet. That way they will accept you and you will stand a better chance at marriage.

There is a dirty trick to dating rich man. Try to give him lots of opportunities to buy you gifts. When going past certain shops you can exclaim at the items on display and look engrossed. Rich men, if not stingy, will not shun away from such gifts. That way, the girl will be one the winning side whether or not the relationship goes into marriage at the end of the courtship.

Robin Leech hosted a television show called “The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous”. At the time, it was one of the hottest things on television. America is fixated on the lives of celebrities. This was the popularity fuel behind Robin Leech’s show. It gave average people a glimpse inside the homes of celebrity living. Now, there are 24 hour news channels and shows such as “The Fabulous Life Of” to keep that celebrity fixation going.

One aspect that is focused on when determining celebrity rankings is money. The more money a celebrity has, the more famous that individual is considered to be. Money is considered to be the key metric of celebrity. Who is making what? How it is being made? How it is being spent? These are the questions average America is asking of its celebrities.

Pop and rock musicians make the bulk of their money from record sales and concert tour earnings. Hip hop and rap musicians earn their money from presiding over empires that span far beyond that of just music. Many of the hottest hip hop artists oversee their own clothing line, run their own record labels and even run their own restaurants and bars. A select few even ink their image on everything from alcohol to books. Branding and cross promotions are the areas these individuals become experts at.

Hip hop artist Jay Z makes his money being chief executive of Def Jam Recordings. In addition to that, he has a clothing line called roccawear and records albums in his spare time. Worth 34 million, Jay Z spends that hard earned money purchasing a share of the New Jersey Nets. He also has a share in the 40/40 clubhouse franchise. He recently sold the clothing line for an estimated $204 million.

Like Jay Z, Sean “Puffy” Combs manages multiple projects often at the same time. He is currently worth $28 million. This comes from sales of his latest Bad Boy Worldwide album. It also comes from profit made on his hugely popular clothing line, Sean John clothing. He has a reality television program called “Making the Band” that is a huge success. For this fortune, Sean Combs has purchased several restaurants across the country. In the world of celebrity riches, there is no price too small, or too big.

I’ve just sent an email to my mailing list based on Stuart Goldsmith’s ‘Seven Secrets of The Millionaires.’ I don’t know how they felt after reading the message it contained but it impressed me so much that I felt I must immediately write an article about it.

Stuart Goldsmith is a British multi-millionaire who moved from being in debt to becoming one of the rich people through his direct mail business. He also wrote a brilliant news letter. Some of his ideas may not be new but they are expressed in a powerful way and deserve to be read again and again. The key idea in this article is one of them

In Chapter One of his classic book, Stuart demolishes the idea that millionaires are lucky; instead they have become rich by making thousands of small decisions in which they chose to get the job done rather than not to get it done. They chose action rather than inaction:

“Most people believe that wealth is a lottery, that cards were shuffled and then randomly dealt and some received an Ace, whilst others received a Two or a Three and some get the Joker. They further believe that this is just luck – like the lottery, and so those lucky people with Aces should be willing to hand over a portion of their wealth to those unlucky people with lower cards.

Closer examination reveals a different truth, and one which is unpalatable to the general public. It is not a truth they wish to hear. The truth is that with a few exceptions, the wealth creators were not dealt Aces randomly by fate. They worked at their success by making correct choices on a minute by minute, day by day basis. Let me explain.

Everything you are and have today is the exact summation of countless thousands of little choices and decisions you made from the day you were first consciously able to make such choices. And stating it simply, those choices were mainly between action and inaction. Or putting it another way, between action and laziness. I’m not talking big, life-changing decisions here. I’m talking about tens of thousands of day by day, minute by minute choices like “shall I get up or lie in bed for another half hour?” “Should I read another chapter of that textbook or go for a beer instead?” “Should I try a little harder to get this job right, or just turn it out in a sloppy fashion?”

Thousands upon thousands of little things going right back to school days when you decided between completing a homework assignment or watching TV instead.

As Jim Rohn says, “Everything matters.” It is the small choices which matter. The little day by day disciplines which build into an inexorable force propelling you towards success and wealth. After a lifetime of always choosing the easy option, the lazy way out, the least amount of work, the mediocre will have the temerity to call you ‘lucky.’ They will then demand ‘their’ share of your wealth – the wealth you built by numerous small daily disciplines, each one requiring you to forgo immediate gratification of your desires.

If anyone ever accuses you of being ‘lucky’ just reply: “You’re right. And you know what? The harder I worked, the luckier I got.” Whilst your friends are watching soap operas or down the pub, you will be working late nights, forgoing instant pleasure, striving to create new values, new products, new ideas which will move mankind forward.”

I was going to add several comments to Stuart’s words but I think he has said it so well that I will only add one or two comments. Nor am I infringing his copyright since I was an attendee in 2002 at one of his ‘retirement’ seminars when he generously handed over licences to his info products to the attendees.

In the passage above, he has provided a very effective guide or measuring tool to help us choose the best decisions minute by minute. Choosing action over inaction may seem stunningly obvious but the results of not choosing action only show up gradually and so it helps to have some one like Stuart point out the power of the thousands of chances we get to choose to get the job done rather than not get it done. We all need to do our ‘homework’ on a regular basis.

Not getting it done may seem to have no effect on our lives at the time but later on we’ll suffer the consequences. I have chosen to read emails rather than mow the lawn for weeks. The back garden has suffered and will take a long time to mow.

This is no big deal but other choices could mean the difference between riches and poverty. A choice to take action and check out your investments more carefully could save you losing thousands if you have invested in another Enron. On the other hand daily choices to save money could keep you out of debt.

On reflection, we can be grateful that we are able to make these daily, minute by minute choices. Our lives, in all their glorious or inglorious details, are in our own hands. We can act or not act. Luck has nothing to do with it! The next time you are hesitating about making that phone call or leaving it till tomorrow, just pick up the phone and make the call. Choose action over inaction. Choose action over laziness.

Do you think Donald Trump will ever be poor? The answer is no. If you took everything Donald Trump has right now away, he will have it all back in 10 years.

The reason being, it’s not what he has that’s valuable, it’s who he is. It is what he knows, and what he does that makes him a rich man.

When you can wake up in the morning, and tell yourself, “I could if I wanted to, make a quick $20k right now.” You have the self-insurance needed to never be poor.

You believe that rich people, if they wanted can just “create money” on demand if they wanted it.

It comes from knowing how money works. It’s having that financial literacy that most people don’t have.

Rich people don’t gamble. They didn’t get to where they are by luck or chance. They got to where they are by conscious decisions and actions.

That’s why I get upset when I see young smart people doing ridiculous things with their money, like gamble on sports, and go to Las Vegas.

Some people actually believe they can “get rich” this way. When really they are just wasting their money and their time.

If you sports bet or play blackjack for fun. That’s one thing, just make sure you can afford the stakes.

The best thing you can hope for doing those things, is a high paying job. True wealth isn’t about having a high-paying job.

Why the Rich Don’t Gamble

1) It’s not gambling when you know what you are doing. Rich people have the financial experience to know the effects of what they do. Everything is a conscious decision.

They can make money when market goes up, and even make more money when it goes down.

2) Rich people know the odds. They know that 1 in 9 business fail. But they also realize that when 1 of that business becomes a success, it pays for the 9 that fails, or are mediocre.

Same thing with Real Estate and Stocks/Paper Assets. 1 in 9 will be wildly profitable. So they research 100, buy 10 and get rich off of 1.

3) Rich people have persistence, and they don’t do it all themselves. If you notice, a lot of rich people surround themselves with a team. The whole purpose of that team, is to look after and grow their money.

“You are not supposed to live on toys because you cannot take them to heaven,” says Adrienne, 8.

Adults try to live on toys, too. The difference is that adults make payments on their toys. Television commercials look so slick, but no manufacturer’s toy has ever filled the void in a customer’s soul. That vacuum in our souls is reserved for an infinite, loving God.

“You can’t take all your stuff to heaven. Your children would have to get it — plus, they will fight over it,” says Jacob, 9.

When it comes to dividing estates of deceased parents among surviving children, it’s a real-life drama.

“The rich will not take their pet dog or their basketball, but they will take their soul and their heart,” says Hannah, 10.

We derive such comfort from things, abilities and achievements, but what if everything were stripped away in a moment?

“Rich people fade away because they concentrate on money and not God and Jesus. They should keep their eye on God and Jesus,” says Landen, 7.

The Bible is not against wealth. Abraham, the father of all believers, was rich. The Bible does, however, warn against placing our hope in riches because they will fade.

“People should concentrate on heavenly things,” says Grant, 11. “If God has blessed you financially, you should use it to glorify Him. If you do have a lot of money, you should give it to the needy or to places where you can help people.”

Wealth brings responsibility. The Christian attitude is that we are stewards of all property under our control. Everything belongs to God. We are accountable to him for how it is used.

Jesus told a story of a man who entrusted his three servants with different amounts of money. Two of the three invested wisely and secured a profit for their master, but one hid his money because he was afraid. Jesus rewarded the productive servants, but punished the fearful, unprofitable servant (Matthew 25:14-30).

“We should set for ourselves treasures in heaven, not treasures on Earth because they will fade away,” says Ransom, 8. The Bible says the wealthy in their pursuits are like flowers in the field that fade away under the sun’s scorching heat (James 1:10-11).

Christians with divided loyalties live unstable lives. They flip-flop between love of God and love of riches. The double-minded Christian is a bundle of mixed messages and contradictions.

“Some people think only about money and do not accept Christ. When they die, they do not go to heaven,” says Allen, 11.

This is the ultimate loss. In God’s economy, if you own the entire world but lose your soul, you’re busted — bankrupt forever.

So great is our tendency to depend on wealth to the exclusion of God that Jesus said it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter into his kingdom. It’s practically a miracle whenever wealthy people humble themselves to trust in the one who gave up the riches of heaven to die on a shameful cross to pay for our sins.

Think about this: Truly wealthy people think of themselves in relation to God, not their property.

Memorize this truth: “For no sooner has the sun risen with a burning heat than it withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beautiful appearance perishes. So the rich man also will fade away in his pursuits” (James 1:11).

Questions to ask: Are you truly wealthy? Do you know the riches of fellowship with God? Do you know the peace that comes from being content in all circumstances? If you’re a Christian whom God has prospered, are you looking for opportunities to invest in the advancement of God’s kingdom?

How do these crazy ideas actually work? I’ve put together a list of 10 (and one for good measure) of the wackiest, weirdest, craziest ways that people are making good money.

1. Pickle Sickle – Texas roller rink owner John Howard sells frozen treats made from freshly squeezed pickle juice to pregnant women and schools across the country.

2. My Yearbook – Oh to be in high school and be a millionaire. Catherine, only 16, convinced her older brother to help her start myYearbook.com which now has growth spurts that have outpaced both Facebook and MySpace.

3. Origami Boulder – This has got to be the dumbest idea of all, but made it to number “3″ just because it’s so dumb it’s genius. This person sells “Origami Boulders” online which isn’t origami at all. It’s actually a wadded up piece of paper that they somehow convince people to buy. Very bizarre, but works.

4. Cameron Johnson – This young entrepreneur got his start at the age of nine making greeting cards, expanded into reselling Ty Beanie Babies on eBay by the age of 12 and finally sold his online advertising company for an undisclosed sum after making $3 to $4 million a month. His latest venture, CertificateSwap, that allows people to swap out unwanted gift certificates just sold for six-figures. He’s now working the lecture circuit and focusing on helping others strike entrepreneur gold.

5. Edible.com – This business is simple, just cook up some giant toasted leaf-cutter ants and reindeer pate and wash it down with some lizard wine or monkey-picked tea wash and you’re all set. Seriously, they have a whole product line of this stuff.

6. Banana Bunker – Now be careful, don’t bruise your banana! It’s like a plastic storage container to fit any size banana and keep it safe while you’re on the go. The Banana Bunker has been very successful with it’s call to providing protection for soft fruit.

7. Post Secret – Frank Warren has mastered the business of taking something so personal, making it so public and in return becoming sooo successful. He has a blog where people post a personal secret in an artistic way, and then he compiles them as best selling books.

8. Lucky Wishbone – “Lucky” is right. Taking advantage of the people who can’t wait until Thanksgiving for a wishbone, this company is producing 30,000 plastic wishbones per month and sales have exceeded one million dollars.

9. Whatever Life – A teenage girl started a website offering free layouts for MySpace that is now worth more than $1.5 million.

10. Rent-A-Cow – Yeah, these people really rent out cows for the purpose of making cheese. A good healthy cow goes for about $280.

11. Fit Deck – How this worked I don’t know, but Phil Black has made $4.7 million off of these playing cards with an exercise theme. They sell for $18.95 a pack and obviously, people are interested.

When we look around us, we can obviously see people who are fortunate to be rich and some who are not as lucky and have to work hard to meet ends. However, why is this a case? Why do some people have things that others cannot even imagine to have and why do some people manage to have everything without really working hard or being talented? The answer is not simple because a variety of factors comes into play.

The first reason some people are the way they are is because of luck. Luck plays a huge role in everyday life. You either make the right choice or do not. Sometimes this choice is based on only one small thing that you do, sometimes it is based on many things that you do or a combination of things. Why are some people born rich, some luck played a role in that. Life is a chance that we all should have to take.

Another factor that affects this is the action of others. You can make all the right decisions or make good ones but people may hinder or block your way. They can make it hard for you to achieve your goals, they can discourage you on your dreams, they can make you do other things that you do not want to do or they can be a right hand to what you want. These people can be your family members, they can be your friends, they can be people that teach you or they can be someone that you do not know well or have no knowledge of. I feel that the action of others really helps because your actions can be influenced by the way they do things.

Another huge factor is environment and situation. You may not be born into the best situation to do what you want to do. You may be born in a war zone or you may be born in a rich area. The environment can make your life more comfortable or can make your life harder because of what you have to deal with and what else you have to worry about other than yourself. The situation that you are in is also a factor. If you are in a good situation such as a good job, it may improve your chances of being better off. However the situation you are in can really change if you make an effort.

Now there is something that you can do yourself. This is called self action. When someone is placed in any given situation, they must response if they want to maximize their chances for success. They have to do extra work if they feel it will improve their chances for something, they have to be prepared, they have to do the daily stuff, they have to ask questions when they do not know something, they have to do additional research on things that have not been answered and so much more. When you really want something, it is your duty to make sure that you do what is needed to get what you really want. Some people are hesitate and may question themselves so much that they do not do what they have wanted to do. Some people do not question their motives and do things on impulse. There is always something to do if you look hard enough and working toward your goals is important in meeting your potential.

Another thing that will have some factor is what you want to do. If you do something that will not pay high enough, it will be much harder to be successful as you really want. If you pursue something really difficult that will damper your chances. Some factors within this, include flexibility, how easy it is, how much it pays, the opportunities available and mobility.

Another factor is ability. Whether you choose something hard or easy to do, you have to be good. If you are a good student who is smart and holds good skills such as organization, you will improve your chances of excelling in the classroom. If you are not as good and well rounded as a student, it will be harder for you to work at a high level. Talent and skill is important because you are competing against many people for things to do, however if you are better than them in what you need to use and do, it will give you the edge.

One really important factor is how bad you want to be good. This is called self will and determination. If you really want something, how far are you willing to go for it? Are you willing to try but to lag a little, or are you willing to go to the last straw? If you want something really badly, it will motivate you to do something. Just like if you have to do well on a project, you will put in more effort, you will spend more time, you will be more creative and will present your work clearer. You can also go crazy in terms of what you do. You may put in more work ethnic everyday or may do something totally out of the blue. The person who has more determination usually wins because it improves everything else.

Another includes how well you are able to adapt. Some people may say that life is about how well you response to changes and what you do because of them. In a way they are right. If you are given tasks that you normally wouldn’t do, how well would response? Do you give up, do you save your work for later or do you say that I can do this regardless of what I have to do? If you are able to response to changing times you are an interchangeable person. You can handle situations better, you can make old experiences learning ones and learn how to deal with what may happen in the future.

Another factor is how you think about things. If you cannot live with something bad happening, it will drastically affect what will happen later on. If you do not let it affect you, you will become better at dealing with what may happen. If you think positively, it will help you do things because everything is done in good nature. If you have a negative and demeaning thought on life, it can make everything you do, one that is painful and whatnot. If you think positively, it can help you make positive choices in life. Life flows smoothly if you think nice things.

Another factor is time management. You can be the best worker but if you party and do not do work when it is needed, it will put you in a bad situation. You have to know what time it is for work, for play, for relaxation. Sometimes it can be hard to make decisions because time is always moving, there may not be enough time for you to do things that you want. Knowing what is important to you can really help.

One factor that is not so nice to talk about is how people use the system. There is always a system when we deal with the world. These include economics, government, education and much more. If someone cheats at times, it can help them in school work, in the work force and much more. If you really cheat it can help you a lot because you get what you want using the less amount of effort. Many people do cheat from time to time, sometimes copying things, looking at things they should not be looking at and more. However, you should not cheat because it will catch up with you later when you do not want it to.

Conclusion: A lot of factors affect how well off you are. However, no matter what, you should do what you believe is right but should know what is realistic or not. Everyone has a potential and anything really can happen but you should do want you can.

I will never forget the day that my daughter’s sixth grade friend told me that. We had been discussing someone who had recently lost a fortune and had become very bitter as a result. She suddenly piped up with that all knowing scowl that only a twelve year old girl can truly master while proclaiming, “God don’t like rich people!” She said it as if it was a mortal sin worthy of an eternity in hell. She immediately made a snap decision from that point forward to dislike the person we’d been talking about. I’ve met her dad. He’s a nice enough guy and from what I can tell, he agrees with his daughter. They are very regular attendees at their church. I don’t know what church they go to, but all I could think to myself at the time was, “Who in the world is teaching her that!?”

For my daughter’s sake, I bit my tongue. I wanted so badly to quiz her friend and find out the roots of that belief system. How does one logically come to that conclusion? I was under the impression that God was known to shower you with riches if he liked you. Solomon was extremely rich and God liked him. I thought that God’s opinion of us had more to do with our character, not our bank account. I could even see that how you amassed your fortune could be important in God’s viewpoint. I think about Job and how he was tested to see if money was the reason for his devotion to God. Upon passing the test, didn’t God dump piles of money back into his lap again? And what about the father in the prodigal son story? He had money and God liked him.

Just as ridiculous to me are the people who spin it the other way around, as if God don’t like poor people. They act like they’re closer to God because they have money. Funny thing money, it can buy a lot of things, but I was under the impression that God wasn’t for sale. Rumor has it that some churches and individual clergy can be bought, but not God Himself. Nowhere in the bible did I ever read that you could bypass the rules and just pay an entrance fee to get into heaven’s gates.

I thought that money was a tool sometimes used for testing us. Do we remain spiritual while humbled and poor or do we become bitter and turn our back on God? Do we remain spiritual while spoiled and rich or do we become self righteous and turn our back on God? And what about the way we treat each other? Does the amount of money we have dictate how much love we are to receive from each other? “Congratulations on that job promotion you worked so hard for, buddy! But hey, you’re too rich now, so me and God aren’t going to hang out with you anymore.”

What a silly concept that money would have anything to do with one’s spiritual self-worth. I’m sorry for those children who have been raised to believe that the amount of money they do or do not have dictates whether or not God will like them. Personally, I’ve raised my kids on the idea that you behave yourself as best you can, and I do mean ‘best.’ Heed your spiritual calling. Love one another. Everything else will fall into place as it’s meant to be. Oh, and be thankful for what you have. God don’t like people with bad manners.

SO you’re reading this in hopes of learning what it takes to become successful. I’ll go ahead and spoil it for you right now and say it’s just common sense that isn’t common practice.

Still want to hear more? Ok. What separates the extraordinary from the ordinary, average person?

It’s not the who’s the smartest, the fastest, or the richest. It’s about the one who makes the decision EVERY day to persist.

To go forth and do the things today that will make you better tomorrow than you were yesterday. Always taking action and not allowing distractions – life’s distractions – to keep you from the outcome you desire.

You see, most people quit when exhaustion sets in. The key is to push through. Exhaustion is a precursor to the victory that is yours for the taking. Just continue the process with your eyes on the outcome.

Poor people think you have to get help to get ahead in life – that you need a handout in order to succeed. Wealthy people know that hard work and persistence gets it done – poor people/average people don’t.

Even if you’ve never behaved or believed you are above average, or extraordinary and deserving of so much more – of all that you want – you have the power within you to change it all right now… today… at this very moment and make THE decision to ALWAYS do whatever it takes each and every day to reach your goals.

All it takes is belief in yourself. It doesn’t matter if the whole world believes in you or if the whole world doesn’t believe in you. None of that will matter one bit – all that matters is whether you believe in yourself or not. Whether you think you can or can’t do it, you are right.

One of the most important lessons you can learn with Jamie McIntyre is the right way of thinking to achieve success and financial freedom.

Success and failure start in the mind. This is a truth that few people discover before old age, but which could change the direction of your life. Instead of sitting back and watching life happen around you and to you, why not realize your own power to make decisions and take actions that change the course of your life? Or that could change the entire world?

Jamie McIntyre knows what it’s like to crave success. He knows what it’s like to have nothing and what it’s like to have everything. He knows because he has embraced his own power to change the course of his life and made his first million before he turned 30. He didn’t have it handed to him and fat didn’t just dump success in his lap. He effectively made up his mind to be rich and successful, and now he is sharing his experience and years of hard earned knowledge with others.

So, how do rich people think? The following is just a brief glimpse of what I have learned from Jamie.

Believe In Dreams

Rich people have a more positive mindset than most others. They sincerely believe that they deserve the best of the best and that even their wildest dreams can come true. They have an unshakable belief that miracles do happen…but they understand they have to make them happen.

If you find yourself caught up in negative thinking or hating the world for the circumstances of your life, you are going to go nowhere. You have to start thinking positively about your resources of improving your life and believe that you can make it happen.

Make Your Own Way

Rich people are not afraid to do the things other people aren’t willing to do or just don’t think to do. Think about it: if you do the same thing everyone else around you is doing, where is it going to get you? It will get you the same place it is getting them, right?

If you don’t like the results your father, mother, friends, and colleagues are getting with their life, then go in the opposite direction! Successful people often get to the top ranks because they struck out on their own path instead of following others.

Stop Chasing Money

It may seem strange that you have to stop chasing money in order to make tons of it, but the way most people go after money is not very effective. Instead of spending your life working hard for the dollar, find a way to make your dollars do some of that work for YOU.

Your money should be paying you back, not just burning through your pocket.

Money Isn’t Just To Spend

People who have money are often the last one to let go of it for trivial purchases. Making your money work for you will often require holding onto it for dear life and allowing it do the work. Most people want to make money so they can spend it…rich people know money isn’t just about spending.

Create A Life Vision

You will get nowhere if you don’t have a clear idea of where you are headed. Have a clear vision of the life you want to live and use that to make important decisions. If something doesn’t fit into your vision or take you one step closer to it, turn away from it.

Apply these tips I learned in the Jamie McIntyre program and live seminar on a daily basis and you’ll witness your life changing. It happened to me.
